SATURDAY SHORT: THE PURE AND THE DAMNED (2017)
‘The Pure and the Damned’ is a song featured in the film Good Time (2017). We try to be selective with commercial music videos here, but we’ll make an exception for zombie crooner Iggy Pop.
SATURDAY SHORT: RATIMIS (2017)

Content Warning: This short contains brief flashes of nudity.
SATURDAY SHORT: REGENERATIVE BEING (2017)
Regenerative Being is technically a music video for the ensemble Eluvium, but doesn’t come off that way. The slow-paced, atmospheric music seems as if it was made to accompany the animation, rather than the other way around.
SATURDAY SHORT: THE CAGED PILLOWS (2016)
If there’s only one short you view from this site this year, make sure that it’s this surreal all-star animation featuring the music of Daft Punk, Death Grips, Future Islands and Devendra Banhart.
