Lots of weird search terms stuck out from our server logs this week. We sometimes assume that by now someone has registered a www. domain for every crazy combination of terms imaginable, but that’s not true in the following two cases, where disappointed Googlers had to settle for 366weirdmovies.com instead of the sites they sought: “www.boobs romantic movies.com” and “www uh baba sex moyeoy.” We give an honorable mention to the search for “surreal busty movies”—a genre that, if it only existed, would combine two of our favorite things. We almost went with “can some body authorised his friend to collect neco original result 2007 for him” as our weirdest search term of the week, until further research indicated that this phrase almost makes sense if you’re Nigerian. With that one eliminated, the way was open for this week’s inscrutably weird winner: “black bird in a weid weid see.” We think the searcher may have meant to compose a request for “blackbird in a wide wide sea,” but that reformulation makes doesn’t make any sense either.
