It’s as dry a season for weird movies as we’ve ever seen. With no film festivals, no new weird theatrical releases, no new weird home video releases, no reports on weird upcoming projects, and no weird special screenings to distract you this week, you should be free to focus on making plans to attend our September 10 Weird Watch Party. For our next party, we are open to experimenting with using Discord to stream Tubi content (if there’s interest). Current nominees for screening are A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence (2014) on Amazon Prime or Runaway Nightmare (1982) on Tubi. RSVP and/or nominate a film to screen here.
